Tipton keen to take Macc chance
Tipton signed a one-year deal on Friday after leaving Droylsden, and despite being the club's leading all-time league goalscorer, believes sentiment will not play a part.
He said: "I've had some great times at the Moss Rose.
"But that will count for nothing if I don't start finding the back of the net. You can't live off past glories.
"But I am fitter than I have been for years and I'm determined to make the most of the opportunity."
