The 21-year-old striker joined the Silkmen in January for the first of two loan spells and impressed Alexander sufficiently to earn a one-year contract following his release from Nottingham Forest. "Emile came in and did very well in his first month with us," Alexander told Macclesfield's official website. "Then he went back to Forest and after coming back for the second two months he perhaps didn't do quite so well but I think that was the culture shock of coming here full-time. "We don't have all the same bits and bobs available to players as you would get somewhere like Forest but he's another one with the versatility to play in more than one position, has great pace, and he'll knuckle down and be a very good player for us."
