Silkmen to check on injured duo
Both players sustained calf strains during Saturday's goalless draw at Port Vale and were substituted.[LNB]They were replaced by Craig Linfield and Ben Wright respectively, and Alexander could hand the pair starting roles should Daniel and Sappleton fail fitness tests.[LNB]The Silkmen will again be without midfield duo Ross Draper and Hamza Bencherif for the League Two encounter at Moss Rose.[LNB]Draper is nursing a hernia problem and Bencherif suffered a fractured ankle in the 3-0 defeat at Rochdale on December 5.[LNB]Alexander is expecting a tough test against the Shrimps, saying: "They're a strong team who put a lot of balls into the box and we're going to have to be ready for them."[LNB][LNB]
