Silkmen handed bye after JPT draw
The Silkmen will compete in the Northern Section of the competition and are one of 16 clubs to avoid the the opening ties.
Grimsby, Hartlepool, Leeds, Notts County, Port Vale, Shrewsbury and Tranmere join Macc among the Northern Section byes, while Aldershot, Brighton, Charlton, Exeter, Leyton Orient, Southampton, Southend and Swindon are the lucky clubs in the Southern Section.
