Silkmen boss looks to the future
Town endured a desperately disappointing campaign which saw them languishing in the lower reaches of League Two.
A number of players have since been released and Alexander insists his reshaped squad will make a stronger challenge next term.
He said: "Unfortunately this season just finished has been a big disappointment but it is important we now start to look forward.
"The aim is very much to be stronger going into the start of next season than we were last August and I am excited about the challenge ahead."
