Macc thank Bulls for 'special day'

Macclesfield manager Keith Alexander died aged 53 last Tuesday, but the Silkmen's league clash at Hereford went ahead following consulation with his family.[LNB]Macclesfield chairman Mike Rance said: "It was always going to be a very emotional day and the sight of the Hereford fans staying behind to applaud our players and supporters as they gathered together at the final whistle was very touching.[LNB]"From the boardroom to the players and the supporters, everyone at Hereford United played a part in making it a special day and a fitting memorial to our manager and friend."[LNB][LNB][LNB]
