Macclesfield manager Gary Simpson admits his side must start taking their chances if they are to halt their current slide. The Silkmen have been left frustrated over the Christmas and New Year programme after collecting just one point from three matches. And Simpson says he knows exactly where the problem lies. "Its quite simple really," he said. "We've got to convert more of the chances we are creating. Do that and I am confident we'll start picking up the results. "In many ways our recent run has been similar to the first month of the season. We were play well but just unable to force home a result. And that's kind of how its been over the Christmas period."
