Bencherif blow for Macc chief
The Algerian midfielder suffered a fractured ankle in last weekend's 3-0 defeat at Rochdale and Alexander has admitted he is unlikely to feature again before the end of the campaign.[LNB]Striker Ricky Sappleton lasted just 15 minutes at Rochdale after taking a knock to his knee and also sustaining a dead leg.[LNB]However, he should be passed fit to feature while left-back Carl Tremarco, who was knocked out cold for a short time after a blow to the head at Spotland, has also been given the green light to play.[LNB]Defender Ross Draper is aiming to shake off a groin strain but midfielder Lee Bell (knee) is a long-term absentee and defender Shaun Brisley serves a one-match ban after he was sent off against Rochdale.[LNB][LNB]
