Barnett buoyed for future
Macclesfield striker Tyrone Barnett says last weekend's 2-1 victory at Wycombe has filled his side with the belief that they can become a force this season.
The Silkmen recorded their first win of the campaign at the sixth attempt thanks to fine goals from Barnett and Colin Daniel.
"We've been playing well this season and just not getting the results," said Barnett.
"Saturday proved that we can score goals and we can go to highly rated sides and win the game.
"That will only help us build confidence and to relax a bit more in games."
