Alexander wants points on the board
The Silkmen lie just eight points above second-bottom Grimsby and face a series of testing fixtures in the coming weeks.[LNB]They travel to high-flying Bournemouth on Saturday and Alexander has called for his men to focus on the task in hand.[LNB]He said: "With trips to Bournemouth, Grimsby and Notts County, not to mention the visit of league leaders Rochdale to the Moss Rose and a crucial game against Hereford its important we remain focused.[LNB]"Whilst no one outside of Macc is expecting us to go down to Bournemouth on Saturday and pick up a result, it is important we do start to pick up some points to keep that gap between us and the bottom two."[LNB][LNB]
