Alexander wants more consistency

A brace from Algerian Hamza Bencherif gave the Silkmen their first win in six games as they saw off the Gulls in Saturday's League Two clash at Moss Rose.[LNB]Alexander said: "We've played alright this season. Apart from the first 45 minutes last week and when we were overawed by Notts County, we played some good football, so it's good to at last get what we deserve.[LNB]"We need to add more consistency but that's perhaps why players are at this level, just a lack of consistency.[LNB]"There has been quite a bit of unfair pressure put on me already but sometimes I wish fans wouldn't point to the points on the table but the pounds in the budget.[LNB]"Although our expectations are high, we've got probably the lowest budget in the Football League and just survival is an achievement."[LNB][LNB]
