The Silkmen have struggled for much of the League Two campaign and currently lie 18th in the table.[LNB]And Alexander and assistant Gary Simpson are currently scouring the market for an injection of fresh blood.[LNB]Alexander said: "Gary and myself wouldn't be going to the amount of games we have been if we didn't have hopes of bringing in a few new faces.[LNB]"It is essential we don't try and live beyond our means so I doubt very much if we'll be throwing a lot of money around.[LNB]"But hopefully through our contacts there will be scope to chop and change things a little."[LNB][LNB]
