Alexander glad for Silkmen rest
The Silkmen have played five games already in August but Alexander believes the mini-break will allow his side some vital recuperation time.
"We're very pleased to have a week off," he said.
"One or two of the players can have a rest and there's a few who can use it to get fully fit. But we're always looking forward to the next game."
