Alexander calls for consistency
The Silkmen operate with one of the smaller squads in the division but Alexander says they can still compete with clubs who have more spending power.[LNB]He said: "Teams have bigger budgets and bigger squads and the challenge we face is to compete with them.[LNB]"We've shown we can do it but we need to show we can do it consistently over the course of a full season.[LNB]"That's a big challenge but one that we face with determination."[LNB][LNB]
