Alexander accepts fans' criticism

The Silkmen halted a sequence of five straight defeats in Saturday's 1-1 draw at home to Chesterfield but they are in danger of being dragged into a relegation dogfight. Alexander's men lie just seven points above the drop zone with five games remaining. The former Lincoln boss said: "There has been pressure from supporters but no greater pressure than I'm under from myself to do well. "We've lost games and when you lose games and don't play well you get stick from all quarters and that's life."
