30 March 2010 14:43
Lyon host Bordeaux tonight in the first leg of an intriguing all-French Champions League quarter-final.

The home side, who knocked out Real Madrid in the last 16, will be without Francois Clerc (knee), Jean-Alain Boumsong (calf) and Joan Hartock (Achilles).

Claude Peel's team will also be walking a disciplinary tightrope, with four players one booking away from missing the second leg.

Bordeaux are without the suspended Alou Diarra, along with injured trio Marc Planus (knee), Abdou Traore (hamstring) and Gregory Sertic (toe).

Laurent's Blanc's visitors lost 3-1 to Marseille in the final of the French League Cup at the weekend, and will be taking on a Lyon side who are unbeaten at home in the Champions League this season.

That said, Bordeaux have won seven straight Champions League matches and are arguably the form team of the tournament.
