Crisis club Luton Town, who remain in administration, have pleaded not guilty to FA charges alleging breach of regulations regarding payments to agents.
The League One club were hit with the charge last month after allegedly breaking FA rules.
A short statement on Town's official website said the club's administrators had submitted the plea after taking legal advice.
The Hatters had ten points docked after going into administration on 22 November and are currently in the League One relegation zone.
