Luton Town boss Kevin Blackwell has made the former Norwich City striker Paul McVeigh his ninth signing of the summer on the eve of the new League One campaign.
The 29-year-old ex-Northern Ireland international has signed a two-year contract with the Hatters.
McVeigh started his career at Tottenham but made only three first-team appearances for the club before moving to Carrow Road for a nominal fee in March 2000.
He made over 200 League appearances for the Canaries during his time in Norfolk but spent the final six weeks of last season on loan with Burnley.
He scored three times in only eight appearances for the Clarets.
