Luton have been boosted ahead of their trip to Peterborough on Saturday by the expected return of defender Russell Perrett.
Perrett played one half of the reserves' draw with Leyton Orient in midweek and is now in contention for at least a place on the bench at London Road.
The 29-year-old has been out of first-team action since the middle of November with a groin injury but club physio Julie Frost said the news was now much brighter.
"Russell should be fit to face Peterborough," she said.
However Frost said Adrian Forbes was unlikely to make an early return after a cruciate ligament injury at the start of the season.
"We hope he will play before the end of the season, although we're not setting him any date for a return," Frost added.
