Parkin suffers Town nightmare

Luton Town striker Sam Parkin has admitted that his three seasons at Kenilworth Road have been a nightmare.

The 28-year-old has seen the Hatters relegated twice, while he has scored just ten goals for the club because of a number of injuries.

He told Luton Today: "When I arrived at Luton, never would I have thought I'd be in League Two.

"We've ended up in the Conference, which is a travesty for the club and supporters.

"Unfortunately it's just been an absolute roller-coaster and hasn't gone the way I'd have liked."
