Newell backing for Feeney

Luton Town striker Warren Feeney still has the backing of manager Mike Newell despite his barren run in front of goal.
The Northern Ireland international has not scored a Championship goal since December, but Newell has seen signs of an upturn in form.
"Warren scored when we beat Brentford in the Carling Cup recently, and goals are important for any striker," said the Hatters boss.
"Warren always works hard but goals will give him that extra yard of pace and enthusiasm. We know he has it in him.
"If he gets into a good run of form, he could score a lot of goals for this club."
