Iron make first move

Scunthorpe United manager Nigel Adkins has made his first signing since replacing Brian Laws as Iron boss by signing Drew Talbot on loan from Sheffield Wednesday.
Talbot has agreed a one-month switch to Glanford Park in a bid to play some first-team football after an injury-ravaged season.
Laws, who left Scunthorpe to take over at Wednesday, believes the move will benefit both the player and his former club - who he wants to see win promotion to the Championship.
"It gives us a chance to get him some match fitness because he hasn't played for a while," Laws told Wednesday's official website.
"I can assure people we're not sending him out to get rid of him. We're sending him out to get fit and come back.
"I want to help Scunthorpe to get promoted. Drew Talbot needs games and I think he would be ideal for them."
