Luton Town boss Mick Harford believes that relegation to League Two could be a blessing in disguise for the troubled club.
The Hatters' 2-1 home defeat to Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday confirmed their second straight relegation.
But Harford, who took over at Kenilworth Road in January when the club entered administration, believes the future is bright for the Hatters following their recent boardroom takeover.
"It is probably the best thing that could have happened to us as a business," he told the club's official website.
"I'm going to build a new Luton Town, bring in new footballers who want to play and have passion. I need a clearout, there are some players I don't want to be here and some that I do.
"I've got tremendous belief in the consortium and the club is in good hands.
"I know who I haven't wanted for weeks and we have a list of around 70 players we want in."
