Luton Town manager Mick Harford has warned that neither Sam Parkin nor Dean Morgan have long-term futures with the League Two strugglers.
Striker Parkin is set to return to the Hatters from Leyton Orient after this weekend, while forward Morgan will be back at Kenilworth Road at the end of the month.
However, Harford told the Luton News: "Dean's loan is up on the 31st of this month and we believe he will be coming back.
"Sam's is up at the weekend and we believe he will also be returning to the football club.
"We are looking for a manoeuvrability at the football club and we will not be able to offer Sam a contract next season.
"These players are a burden on the football club."
