Danny Green blow for Luton ahead of Exeter clash

Luton will be without Danny Green for the visit of Exeter after the midfielder was sidelined with a broken leg.

Green sustained damage to his tibia and fibula following a tackle with Northampton's Josh Lelan and will be out for three months.

The Hatters, who are 14th in the Sky Bet League Two table, will also be without Ryan Hall, Magnus Okuonghae and Craig Mackail-Smith for the final game of the season.

Manager Nathan Jones said: "Exeter are a dangerous side and we are wary of that but we are looking forward to the game. We don't want it to be one of those end-of-season lacklustre matches."

Exeter manager Paul Tisdale hopes that striker Clinton Morrison can be fit to feature in what is likely to be his final game of professional football.

Morrison, who is expected to call time on an 18-year career at the end of this season, has been sidelined due to a groin injury, but will hope to make Tisdale's squad for the trip to Kenilworth Road.

Tisdale is not set to finalise his squad until Saturday morning, but he will consider all his options, including the possibility of Jordan Moore-Taylor continuing in a central midfield role that he occupied against Morecambe last week.

Exeter won on their last visit to Luton, fighting back from two goals down to claim a thrilling 3-2 win, as Morrison and Moore-Taylor played key roles.
