The charge follows comments Harford made about referee Trevor Kettle following the 3-3 draw with Bradford on January 24.[LNB]The Hatters boss was seething after the Bantams equalised with a controversial injury-time penalty.[LNB]He said of Kettle at the time: "Our league status is under threat and we've got people who are clearly incompetent taking charge of games.[LNB]"It was an awful performance from someone who shouldn't be refereeing at this level."[LNB]Harford already faces an improper conduct charge from the same match for his alleged behaviour towards Kettle.[LNB][LNB]
