Gallen hoping Hatters bounce back

The Hatters dropped to the Conference despite a brave battle against a 30-point deduction but did win the Johnstone's Paint Trophy in an eventful season at Kenilworth Road. Gallen signed a new one-year deal with the club earlier in the week and is now looking forward to helping them back into the league. "I think we've got a great chance," he told Luton's official website. "The players we've got already and the players (manager) Mick (Harford) is looking to add would suggest that. It's always nice to play in a winning team no matter what division you're in. That's the aim, to get winning, get big crowds and a good atmosphere at Kenilworth Road. "Whether I'm playing up front, in midfield, or in behind the strikers, I'll do my best. That's the most important thing. "I've got to get on the pitch first and earn the right to be playing in that starting 11 every Saturday. My main aim is to start pre-season, work hard and get as fit as possible and get in the team."
