Livingston manager John Robertson is looking forward to a crunch relegation showdown with Dunfermline next weekend, having seen his side win their last two games.

A 3-1 victory at home to Dundee United moved Livi to within six points of the Pars ahead of a meeting of the two sides at East End Park.

Robertson said: "It's still not in our hands and we could win our remaining four games and it still won't be enough.

"We are not getting carried away because we have only won two games in a row and four in total for the whole season, so all we can do is keep battling away.

"We have to travel to East End Park next week and win another massive match, which if we do will give us some hope of avoiding relegation.

"Victory for Dunfermline next week will put them safe, while a win for us puts us right back in the melting pot, but I would rather be in their position because they can afford to make a mistake and we can't."
