McDougall outlines plan for Livi

Gordon McDougall plans to install coaches Alec Cleland and Gary Bollan if he can launch a successful takeover at troubled Livingston.The former Cowdenbeath owner has expressed an interest in the First Division club, who are facing the prospect of administration.
