Groin injury rules Gary Glen out for Livingston

Livingston are again missing Gary Glen with a groin problem as they look to bounce back in their Ladbrokes Championship play-off semi-final with Stranraer.

Livingston went down 5-2 in the first leg and Ben Gordon is also an injury doubt with manager David Hopkin saying: "There was a lot of injured pride after Tuesday night's game as we were well beaten. There has been a real determination in training to put things right.

"We lost sloppy goals but overall we allowed the experience in the Stranraer forward line to dictate the game. We have to do better as whilst we are in a difficult place we have it in us to score three times and level the tie at least."

Stranraer will be missing only player-coach Lee Mair, who has an ankle injury with manager Brian Reid looking for his men to handle being favourites to go through.

Reid said: "Part of the reason we played so well the other night was that our players were fed up hearing that Livingston were as good as in the final. They were determined to show that we were not in the play-offs for the fun of it.

"We now need to handle the expectations of being favourites. However, if we play like we did on Tuesday then we will score and make it difficult for Livingston to get close."
