Livi waiting on Barrowman deal

Livingston hope to complete the signing of experienced striker Andy Barrowman before kick-off against Queen of the South.

The 28-year-old could make a quickfire debut as Ross Docherty is suspended, Marc McNulty is ill, Kyle Wilkie and Mark Burchill are doubts and Mike Mampuya (ankle), Burton O'Brien (toe) and Stefan Scougall (hamstring) are all ruled out.

Keaghan Jacobs could make a surprise return to the Lions' squad after eight months out with a knee injury.

Manager Richie Burke said: "We are talking numbers with Andy and hope to get something sorted. We will have a young side out but they will give it their all."

Queen of the South welcome back Derek Young after a toe injury as they look to make it two Championship wins in a row following promotion.

Everyone else is available to manager Jim McIntyre, who said: "As the new boys it was important to get our first win on board and we did that at home to Dundee last week. It is now important that we get our first away win.

"Livingston will be tough opponents as they will be looking to get their first points on board after losing last week. They played well at Alloa and only the woodwork prevented them getting anything."
