Barr back for Livi

Livingston welcome defender Craig Barr back from suspension as they host in-form Hamilton Accies.

However, head coach Gareth Evans is again missing long-term absentees Paul Watson and Jason Talbot.

Evans is expecting a cracking game of football at the Braidwood Motor Company Stadium, saying: "I watched Hamilton on Boxing Day against Airdrie and they were very impressive.

"They have some really good young players and their philosophy is very similar to ours in that they want to play exciting football on the ground.

"After seeing them overrun Airdrie we are well warned about how good they are but we have players that they will need to worry about. Apart from losing to Partick Thistle we have been on a decent run and we want that to continue."

Hamilton Accies have named the same squad that turned Airdrie United over 3-0 as they head to Livingston looking for their fifth win in seven games

Stephen Hendrie, Jon McShane and Kieran Millar remain out with injury as manager Billy Reid asks his players to keep transforming their season from a bottom-half struggle to a top-half challenge.

Reid said: "We made a slow start in the league but we have settled as a team recently.

"We are playing with a lot of pace and enthusiasm and I am looking for the boys to carry on in that manner against Livingston.

"They beat us at our own place but we have improved since then and hopefully we will show that improvement again at Livingston."
