Livi no show penalty overturned

The Scottish Football Association has quashed the £3000 fine imposed on Livingston for failing to turn up for their first game of the season.Livi were appealing against the decision to demote them to Division Three when the campaign kicked off. The Scottish Football League imposed the penalty when Livingston refused to travel to East Stirlingshire.
