Livi lurch closer to bankruptcy

Livingston have lurched closer to administration after admitting they are unlikely to be able to pay rent arrears of £280,000 by Tuesday's deadline. The news was delivered to West Lothian Council on Thursday by Livi chairman Angelo Massone, who instead offered an enhanced payment plan to the landlord. Club chairman Angelo Massone refused to comment other than to tell BBC Scotland that "discussions are ongoing".
