County sign Livi defender Miller

Ross County have signed right-back Gary Miller, following his release from First Division rivals Livingston.Miller, 22, made his debut at Almondvale aged 18 when the West Lothian side were in the top-flight. He had a loan spell at Dingwall in 2007 and made 20 league appearances when Ross County went on to lift the Second Division Title.
