Young Dane back in training

Liverpool teenager Nikola Saric has declared himself ready to feature for the reserves after overcoming a long-term knee-injury. Just days after completing his dream move to Anfield, the former Herfolges striker was forced to undergo surgery and has since been ruled out of action since early September. But after completing a successful rehabilitation, the 18-year-old marksman is biding his time until he can pull on a Reds shirt, albeit for the second string side. The talented Dane is hoping he can get some game time before the end of the season, starting with the reserves' next fixture against Bolton on Monday week. "I just want to come back and play matches. When you come to a new club, you have an ambition to show that it was right you were bought," Saric told Ekstra Bladet.
