Liverpool FC star Yossi Benayoun believes he can be the answer to the problems on the Reds' left flank[LNB]YOSSI BENAYOUN believes he has the answer to Rafa Benitez's troubled left wing conundrum - simply start with him every week.[LNB]The Israeli international was left kicking his heels on the sidelines during Liverpool's opening day defeat at White Hart Lane last Sunday.[LNB]But he returned to the starting line-up for Wednesday night's 4-0 rout against Stoke City and, like in his brief 20 minute cameo at Spurs, he gave the Reds an extra dimension going forward.[LNB]His link-up play with left-back Emiliano Insua showed real signs of progress, with his bursts inside and onto his favoured right foot opening up the middle of the park while also allowing the young Argentinean to continually hit the byline.[LNB]Benayoun was delighted to play an instrumental part in the Reds' midweek success but also adds that as long as he's in the starting line-up, he doesn't really care where he plays.[LNB]The 30-year-old, who signed from West Ham for £5million in the summer of 2007, said: 'I like to play from the left. A few years ago for the national team in Israel I always played on the left and I enjoy it.[LNB]'I am able to cut inside to the middle and get plenty of the ball, which makes it a bit easier. But I will be happy to play anywhere.[LNB]'Every player wants to start every game but it is the manager's decision to decide who is to start and who will not, so every time that I get my chance I just try to do my best.[LNB]'Even if I only get to come on for 10 or 20 minutes or, like on Wednesday night, when I get to start I always give my all. I always try my best to impress.[LNB]'Of course I want to start more and more games but my job is to work hard and try to prove myself and this is what I try to do.'
