Working with Capello has made me a better player, says Gerrard

Steven Gerrard today thanked Fabio Capello for helping to transform him as a player since he took over as England manager 15 months ago. The Liverpool captain is ready to sign a new contract at Liverpool that will keep him on Merseyside for the rest of his career. The 28-year-old has two years left on his current deal but wants to stay at Anfield and continue working with Rafa Benitez.
