Wolves to land Reds starlet
Wolves are poised to sign former Liverpool youngster Jack Metcalf, skysports.com understands.[LNB] Metcalf linked up with Premier League-bound Wolves earlier this month on trial after leaving Liverpool's Academy.[LNB]The talented defender is thought to have impressed the Wolves coaching staff during his time at Molineux and they are ready to offer him a deal at the club.[LNB]The 17-year-old came through the ranks at Liverpool and has featured for the reserves and the youth team this season in the FA Youth Cup.[LNB]A host of clubs expressed an interest in signing Metcalf after he left Anfield, but Wolves have won the race for his signature.[LNB]
