The England Under-19 player captained the Reds' reserve team last season and was named on the bench for two matches and was also involved in Europa League squads.
Wisdom's form has continued to impress Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish and he has been rewarded with an extended deal.
"We are delighted. He made fantastic progress last season," Liverpool's director of football Damien Comolli told the club's website.
"He can play, is good on the ball, intelligent and physically very strong. He has all the ingredients to be a top defender.
"We know he is young and his position at centre-half is difficult to break into in the first team but Andre has all the qualities and skills to get there."
