England hopeful: Charles N'Zogbia (left) [LNB]Roberto Martinez has urged Charles N'Zogbia to use Wigan's relegation scrap to gatecrash Fabio Capello's England World Cup plans.[LNB]Winger N'Zogbia, 23, would qualify if he applied for dual French and British nationality.[LNB]And despite playing for the French Under-21 side 13 times, the Normandy-born star now hopes to impress Capello during  Wigan's battle for survival.[LNB]Martinez's struggling Latics entertain Liverpool at the DW Stadium tonight. They are one point above the relegation zone after six games without a win.[LNB]Despite Wigan's poor form, N'Zogbia has been outstanding since leaving Newcastle 14 months ago after then manager Joe  Kinnear insulted him during a television interview by calling him Charles 'Insomnia'.[LNB]And Martinez has backed the versatile N'Zogbia in his bid to make Capello's squad for South Africa.[LNB]He believes N'Zogbia, who can play on both wings as well as left-back, can press home his World Cup credentials by  inspiring Wigan to escape the drop in their last 11 games of the season.[LNB]Martinez said: 'I asked Charles the other day about England and he said he was hoping.   [LNB]'I think he would consider it and is open to playing for England.  I thought he wanted to play for France but I think he's been living in England so long now that he's ready to represent whichever country asks him.   [LNB]'He's only 23 and hasn't peaked yet in his career.  But Charles has certainly got the potential to get into the England squad. [LNB] Young gun: Victor Moses could switch to Nigeria[LNB]'When you have got the consistency that N'Zogbia has shown this season as a wide player it shows you are ready for a  big challenge.   [LNB]'Charles is a left-footed player playing on the right hand side. That's a great option for any squad.   [LNB]'He's ready to kick on and take his game to another level.'  [LNB]While N'Zogbia is hoping for an England call, Wigan's exciting teenager Victor Moses is ready to snub the Three Lions and opt for Nigeria.[LNB]Winger Moses was devastated to be excluded from Stuart Pearce's under-21 team which lost to Greece 2-1 in a European 2011 qualifier at Doncaster last Wednesday.[LNB]Despite being named in the squad, Moses did not even make the substitutes bench.[LNB]He is now believed to be desperate to represent Nigeria, his country of birth, and could even make the World Cup.[LNB] Ruthless Benitez vows to use Liverpool flop Aquilani sparingly during rest of the seasonMartinez tells Benitez relegation scrap is as tough as battle for the top four Wigan plotting summer move for Egypt full-back Ahmed Al-Muhammadi Why Premier League bosses are going crazy for the inside-out wingers [LNB]
