Christian Purslow 300[LNB]CHRISTIAN PURSLOW believes Liverpool fans will have a say in how the club is run if New England Sports Ventures (NESV) complete their £300million takeover.[LNB]The Reds' managing director insists NESV are committed to engaging with supporters and giving them a sense of 'ownership' and 'inclusion'.[LNB]The date for the crunch High Court hearing, when Tom Hicks and George Gillett will attempt to block the sale, is expected to be set today and could start tomorrow.[LNB]If the deal is approved, Purslow says fans will be treated far differently than under the disastrous reign of Hicks and Gillett.[LNB] 'Our fans have felt totally disenfranchised by the experience of the last three years,' he said.[LNB]'One thing I really liked about NESV the minute we met them is that they are really serious about the importance of engaging with their fans.[LNB]'When you look at their approach to their business in America that's something they take seriously.[LNB]'I've asked them to consider a scheme at our club which would give our fans a real sense of ownership and a real sense of inclusion - a kind of voice that frankly they deserve.
