'We have to believe we can still qualify for Champions League' - Liverpool FC boss Rafa Benitez
Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez admits his side now have 'no margin for error' if they are to have any hope of qualifying for the Champions League next season.[LNB]Benitez saw his side held to a 1-1 draw by Birmingham at St Andrew's, with a goal from Liam Ridgewell cancelling out Steven Gerrard's opener in the first minute of the second half.[LNB]It means that the Reds are four points adrift of fourth-placed Manchester City and have played a game more, with just five matches remaining.[LNB]Benitez said: 'It is not a good point, despite Birmingham playing so well here this season.[LNB]'We deserved to win. We had a very good chance in the first half and a lot in the second half.[LNB]'We didn't have any margin for error beforehand and now we have less margin in terms of coming fourth.[LNB]'But it depends on the other teams and how they do as well. We have to believe we can win all our remaining games and have confidence the other sides will lose.[LNB]'We just have to keep going because there are still a lot of points to play for.[LNB]'But we said beforehand that we had to win the final six matches, or possibly draw one and win five. Now we have to win all remaining five matches.'[LNB]Benitez was unhappy with his side's defending in allowing Ridgewell to score a 55th-minute equaliser.[LNB]He said: 'Anyone can concede a goal but the way we conceded that one was not very good. The way we defended there was very poor.'
