Joe Cole is in talks with Aston Villa, according to the rumour mill. Transfer deadline day is well and truly here and it looks as though Cole will almost certainly be on his way. QPR and Lille were apparently in talks, but now Aston Villa are favourites to sign the former West Ham and Chelsea midfielder.
