The rumours keep on coming with Arsenal and Liverpool both interested in luring James Milner to their respective clubs with the player looking at his options which include staying at the Etihad.

Manchester City would like to keep their England international who has been given more first team football than the last season and have offered him a deal that will unlikely be matched elsewhere. The feeling is that Milner will go anyway as he looks for a move to benefit the last years of a career rather than necessarily a bigger pay packet.

A Report in MEN reveals that Milner, who becomes a free agent is of interest to both Liverpool and Arsenal but has a lot to think about before making a move but City will not wait for too long

Milner however is being offered a place in the manager's plans for a season where the club will be expected to put up a strong challenge to regain the Premier League title according To Pellegrini: “James is in charge to say when he will make his decision,” said the Chilean. “That is when he finishes his contract with our club, which is the end of June.”

The 29-year-old is being offered an incredible generous deal worth £165,000-per-week which would put him among the Premier league’s biggest earners. Liverpool and Arsenal believe that the player has more to think about than just the money and while they will unlikely offer such immense personal terms they could offer him a more central role In their clubs, Liverpool more so as the man to replace Gerrard.
