Torres determined to return

Liverpool striker Fernando Torres is determined to shrug off a thigh problem and take his place in attack for next weekend's Merseyside derby with Everton.
Torres missed Spain's Euro 2008 qualifying victory in Denmark on Saturday with a thigh problem.
But having returned to Liverpool for treatment, the £20million summer signing from Atletico Madrid is desperate for his first experience of a Merseyside derby.
"I intend to be fit for Saturday," Torres told Spanish radio. "I don't want to miss out on the derby against Everton. I've been told how special the game is and I need to be ready in time.
"I'm very happy at Liverpool and I've learnt a lot - I love being at a big club like this.
"I have played in big derby matches before. I played for Atletico against Real Madrid and I'm looking forward to enjoying something similar in the Premier League."
Meanwhile, Liverpool revealed the seven-goal striker would undergo "intensive treatment" in the build-up to the Goodison Park showdown.
"Fernando was assessed by the club's medical staff this morning and underwent a scan which confirmed an adductor injury," spokesman Ian Cotton told the club's official website.
"He will now undergo intensive treatment at Melwood."
