SOME of the brightest minds in UK law will battle over the future of Liverpool FC.[LNB]Today's case will be heard by Mr Justice Floyd in the High Court's Chancery division. He has been a nominated judge of the Patents Court and a chairman of the Competition Appeal Tribunal since 2007.[LNB]According to Who's Who he is an expert in patents and during his career as a barrister and later a QC appeared in a number of leading cases in that field.[LNB]The Reds have appointed one of the country's leading legal minds, Lord Grabiner.[LNB] The QC is said to be in the £2m-a-year club and is one of the giants at the Commercial Bar.[LNB]He has been involved in most of the big commercial cases, such as the big Apple v Apple case in which he famously said 'even a moron in a hurry' could tell the difference between his client, Apple Computers, and the Beatles' Apple Corporation.
