The Jury: Liverpool FC fans on the Fulhan draw and the Reds' fading Champions League hopes

ROBERT GILLIES, Aigburth[LNB]NEVER waste a crisis, it is an opportunity for change![LNB]That is how we should view our likely absence from the increasingly overblown and myth-laden Champions League next season.[LNB]Any new owners worried about the financial implications of one season's absence are not of the scale required. There are good players out there not in the competition, Benfica had several.[LNB]A Premier League title is at the top of my wish list. Another myth to debunk is that the Europa League is a minor trophy. I do not recall anyone saying that when we won its predecessor three times. Winning it will send out the right message to any ambitious player.[LNB]Torres should be wrapped in cotton wool for this competition.[LNB]LISA SOUTHERN, Little Sutton[LNB]THE 0-0 draw against Fulham felt like a defeat following the euphoria of the Benfica victory. You could feel the frustration leaving Anfield.[LNB]Once again we failed to break a team down. Liverpool play well against teams that come out to attack and they can hit them on the break, as witnessed against Benfica. They haven't got the width or firepower to attack with teams who defend deep. There's a lack of finishers without Torres.[LNB]We created countless chances against Fulham as shown against Birmingham without him we failed to capitalise on our chances.[LNB]The squad is not good enough. We are lacking three or four class players in key positions. It's frustrating when you look at how many wide players we've bought who've been inconsistent.[LNB]The forthcoming West Ham game feels somewhat meaningless yet it's not impossible that we could fail to qualify for the Europa League!
