Suarez Admits to Real Madrid Appeal

Liverpool striker Luis Suarez has admitted that a move to the Spanish giants would appeal to him.

The Uruguay international is said to be finding ways to push for a summer exit from Anfield after growing disillusioned with his treatment in England.

The Reds insist they have no intention of selling their star man, however, if Suarez persists, and a tempting offer is made, their hands could be tied.

At this time, Suarez is reluctant to speculate about where he’ll be playing next season, but has conceded that it would be difficult to turn down the chance of playing alongside Cristiano Ronaldo.

Speaking on Uruguayan television, Suarez said: “Of course I would like to play with Ronaldo – he’s a great player. You never know, but it’s complicated.”

It would deal a huge blow to Liverpool and the Premier League if Suarez were to leave.

Liverpool are beginning to play some good football and find their old form, but without Suarez spearheading their attack, where will the goals come from if Brendan Rodgers fails to find a worthy replacement?

If Suarez does push for the move, I think Real Madrid will finally have a threatening striker.

It’s been apparent for sometime that the likes of Benzema and Higuain fail to consistently impress at the top, alone and as a duo.
