Stewart Downing delivers Liverpool warning for Manchester United

Stewart Downing believes Liverpool are ready to stun arch-rivals Manchester United when they meet at Anfield next week, warning the Reds are ready to hand out a hiding.[LNB]Kenny Dalglish's side picked up a morale-boosting Merseyside derby win over Everton last weekend to hit fifth spot in the Barclays Premier League.[LNB]Striker Luis Suarez urged his team-mates to forget about the league and focus on the cups but Downing believes the reds are ready to finally hit their best form in time for the visit of the 19-time champions.[LNB] Hit the ground running: Stewart Downing is confident Liverpool will hand out a hiding to one of their rivals soon[LNB]'We've been creating chances and I think there will be a day soon when we put all of them away and we'll have a big win over somebody,' the England international said.[LNB]We need to be more clinical and kill teams off the game against Wolves was a good example.
